This coffee has a rich body that fills the mouth and offers a sense of fullness. Perhaps that’s because it’s from Brazil! At the same time, it has very interesting notes of acidity that, while not mild, are not at all off-putting but are in perfect harmony with its full-bodied texture. It makes a wonderful cappuccino, though personally I enjoy it more as an espresso. Even when brewed at 50 ml, it retains its flavor perfectly. So far, it’s the best espresso coffee I’ve ever tasted!
