The seminar was very well organized, with rich educational content and a great balance between theory and hands-on practice. Manolis conveyed his knowledge with clarity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for coffee, making even the most complex concepts easy to understand.
The training on identifying coffee aromas, flavors, and defects was particularly useful, as was the development of sensory skills through hands-on tastings.
